Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will be at 12:30pm on April 1st, Easter Sunday, in the courtyard (weather permitting). Your kids will gather as many eggs as you bring.
Pick up plastic eggs
Last year’s plastic eggs will be available this Sunday (3/25) by the coat rack. Please help yourself to recycled eggs!
For next Sunday, stuff the eggs with candy. It would be helpful to have a few extra eggs in addition to those you are bringing for your own children. These extra eggs will be for visiting families with children who will come to EPC on Easter Sunday.
Some guidelines regarding the candy:
Due to allergies PLEASE NO CANDY CONTAINING NUTS. Because eggs open easily, please do not place unwrapped candy in the eggs.
Prepare your kids
Please let your kids know how many eggs they should each collect. If you have one child who is very young and will only collect three eggs, bring a minimum of three, etc. Please bring a bag for your kids to collect eggs and remind your children to stay out of the flower beds as we want to be respectful of Union’s landscaping.
Drop off eggs
Please drop your eggs off before the service in the box beside the children’s sign-in table. A team of volunteers will hide the eggs during the service.
Get ready, get set…
Please have your kids on the steps of James Chapel just BEFORE 12:30pm.
