3. Inreach and Discipling
Small Groups. We see small groups as the principal setting in which people experience and extend the pastoral care of Jesus.

Discipling and Mentoring. Many of our people are young, talented, and with us for a short time (this is especially the case with students). We seek to make the most of the time we have with them, equipping them to serve the broader church, particularly through our Growth Partnership Network (a structured one-on-one program).

4. Teaching (Vision/Leadership)
Reformed Theology, Accessible, High Quality and Aimed at the Heart. We embrace and teach the doctrines and world-view of the Protestant Reformation and the historic Christian Creeds. We seek continually to "package" this rich theology in diverse ways so as to expose the idols of the heart, and to engage the educated and the "artsy" mindset, while remaining broadly accessible. Organic Development of Vision. Someone once said that a sure fire way to make God laugh is to tell him your plans. We anticipate that our vision, while not radically changing, will be modified by the Lord as we become increasingly involved in our community and as he brings new people, with varied gifts and burdens, to us.
