Re-Creation: Recreation that Restores the Soul

Join us for a day out when we will reflect together on recreation, even as we do it. Our guest speaker Reyn Cabinte, pastor of Uptown Community Church, will help us to think about how to better use our free time in ways that bring restoration to our very being. We will have times of singing, prayer, discussion, and food. We aim to spend our afternoon outdoors at the peak of the fall foliage season.

Cost is $25/person, or $75/family. We encourage you to find your own way there, but we are renting vans and will provide transportation for those who need it for $20/adult or $10/child. Don’t let the cost prohibit your coming - if you would like to come but the registration fee is an issue, you can pay what you are able (even if that means nothing).
